National Museum of the Marine Corps

National Museum of the Marine Corps

Quantico, Virginia

Opening on the Marine Corps’ 231st birthday in November 2006, this museum chronicles the history of the U.S. Marine Corps from its creation in 1775 through today. Having attracted over three million visitors since the opening, the museum continues to be a favorite with both civilians and Marines alike. EAI is currently working on a Master Plan for an 80,000-square-foot addition to the original exhibit (which was completed by Christopher Chadbourne and Associates), and has included the core design team of the original exhibit to provide continuity and expertise to the project.
